The betting shops are not what they used to be before – their image has changed along with the history. Ladbrokes introduced a few shop designs since their existence, in order to improve customer experience and satisfaction. The latest design projects implied transforming the offices into joint ventures between Ladbrokes and Hilton, the parent company of Ladbrokes.
It also featured a new Café Cino. Bettors are able to eat and drink while there, however, no alcoholic drink is served. The shops should have large glass windows, which proves again that there’s no dark side of this activity.
There are 60 new shops to be opened in 2013, all of them designed in a brand new format, which implies some changing trends regarding customer service and usability.
- Increased focus on sports gadgets and gaming machines
- More managed service
- Lower cost model
All in all, the betting shops remain the quintessence of the betting and gambling concept, this is why changes and improvements are crucial and Ladbrokes doesn’t stand back at this for sure.
